City of Taft Looks to Firm for Industrial Design
Located within an economic redevelopment zone and brown field redevelopment, this high density project was designed to meet the city's request for an industrial "look" to fit into the existing context of old oil and gas refinery warehouses and other similar uses. The project is proposed to be located along a future municipal linear park or greenbelt.
