Pacifica Apartments Revitalize Housing District
Designed around a centrally secured parking courtyard, Pacifica Apartments are a new twenty unit development designed within the context of existing neighborhoods and as a replacement for a "market rate" project that died as the result of the economic collapse of 2008. Project nearing completion and scheduled for occupancy late October 2011.
