Farmersville, CA, Experiences New Product Design Based on Classic Central Valley Craftsman

Developed for the Tulare County Housing Authority, this craftsman inspired multi-family development in Farmersville, California, is designed for large families that work in the agricultural communities in and around Visalia. Located at the main entry to town, the architecture and engineering team worked with Studio X and Guerdon Enterprises to develope a modular product that didn't look modular. Phase II, a sixteen unit development to the East, was completed the following year.
