Designed as a second phase to an already existing senior community in the border city of El Centro, California, this new twenty unit addition, designed to match the previous design and material pallete, was leased up full the day it opened. Serving an aging population of local laborers and farm workers, this southwestern inspired courtyard design provides convenience and security to a close knit community.
