Grass Valley, CA, USDA 538 Rehabilitation Completed

Recently completed rehabilitation project in the foothiils of the Sierra Nevada, northeast of Auburn, California, Grass Valley is a legendary gold mine and recreational area. The one hundred and ten unit development was completed in the late 1970's and had not been brought up to current code. Project rehabilitation done in conjunction with USDA grant.
