Bakersfield, CA Modular Design Program

Developed for the Joe Serna Migrant Farmworker program for the State of California and the United States Department of Agriculture, this eighty unit development featured four different modular product types and a new modular community building. Designed in conjunction with Guerdon Enterprises and Studio X out of Visalia, CA, the units were fabricated in Idaho and shipped via tractor trailer for final craning and installation in Bakersfield.
