Riverbank, CA, Multi Family Community Submitted for AHP Award

Designed around two protected central valley oak trees, this new development in Riverbank, California, was developed in conjunction with USA Property Development of Roseville, California. Located next to an existing neighborhood, and directly across from the local high school, this community was specifically designed to incorporate the valley oaks into a large, secure courtyard, focused on the community building, pool and playgrounds.
