Located along a busy state highway, the existing senior apartment community of Southgate was selected by the Rural Nevada Housing Authority for a massive rehabilitation and new construction program. Upon completion the project has over one hundred and ten new and rehabilitated units, new site amenities and upgrades, and a fully rehabilitated senior community center, serving this dynamic community.
